Ocean House at Punta Del Mar, Rincon PR: This is a beautiful gated community on the north side of Rincon. Besides the great ocean right out your door, enjoy the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court! Just minutes away from Puntas, where there are lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough that when you come home, it will be peaceful and quiet! This is a surfing area in the winter, but there is a great tide pool area that families with small children love. In the summer, there is no surf, just beautiful ocean views!
Reservation Rules: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
