This large, completely private, southern France-inspired home offers 2,800 square feet of living space. It's situated just a stone's throw from Zuma Beach.
Malibu Beach is decorated with French antiques, and offers charm throughout. It's U-shaped -- with high ceilings and glass bordering a lovely terra-cotta-style courtyard with a complete outdoor living room and fireplace. Situated on a cul-de-sac with no other homes on three sides, it provides an ideal and elegant retreat from which to explore southern California.
A private key provides access to the beach at the end of the cul-de- sac, to private tennis courts in the community,. and a private beach club with lifeguard, children's playground and private beach locker. The beach is ideal for surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, parasailing, or just relaxing. The home is near hiking and horseback riding and it's less than one hour from Hollywood, Ventura, Santa Monica (30 minutes), and most of LA's attractions.

A great launching point for day trips to Universal Studios, Santa Barbara, Disneyland, the Oxnard discount shopping malls and Ojai valley and Ventura wineries.

- Bathroom 1 is part of the master suite and includes marble surfaces, terra cotta floors and a shower with a glass roof where you shower under the sycamore tree which is above. The tub is large to facilitate two and had a hand held shower as well. The decor is Mexican- with a painted Mexican sink, rustic cabinetry and dresser and full walk in closet off the bathroom. Bathroom 2 is marble with a terra cotta floor and Mexican painted sink, rustic cabinetry. The shower is very large with a full glass front and is equipped with a steam unit. Bathroom 3 is adjacent to the teen 'den' area and bedroom 4. It has a shower , pedestal sink and toilet, and terra cotta floors.

TV Bedroom 4 is a family room - ideal for teens with a TV and an U shaped very comfortable couch that folds out to a double hide a bed- there is a small room adjacent with a King bed in it which can be closed off from the den and hide a bed area.
