Renters for more than three week stay during Off-Peak season will pay for Electricity, Water, and Gas utility bills.
A deposit of 50% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Money orders, Cashier’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
A damage deposit of $200 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Pets may be considered with additional cleaning fee and security deposit. - Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one nights rent. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Specific Cancellation policy may differ for Peak and Holiday rental periods.

Visiting family or friends at Luke AFB?: We are only 20 miles away from Luke AFB, and very close to the 101 freeway which makes a convenient route for visits with family and friends staying at the base.
Absolutely NO Smoking indoors! : Smoking is permitted on the back patio or front porch.
SUPER BOWL!!!: A direct 10 mile freeway drive to University of Phoenix Stadium for the Super Bowl on Feb. 3rd, 2008. This house is not only near the Stadium, but also 4 miles away from the Arrowhead/Bell Rd. mall and restaurants, etc! This rental is conveniently located between Surprise, AZ where the Celebrity Flag Football game will be held (15 minutes west) and North Scottsdale where many of the bars and parties will be held (15 minutes east).
Guest Book: Thanks Steffanie, Your house was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will keep it in mind and tell our friends for future trips. This was my 5th trip and the home was the way to go! Judy & Frank Hi. We really enjoyed staying at your place in Phoenix.
