And if you like to grille out then you are in luck! In almost all condo complexes and hotels, grilles are no longer allowed on balconies for fire code reasons. But in the penthouse there is a sun room off of the 2nd family room. The sun room has a screen for a ceiling so it is like being outside. It is perfectly legal to have a grill in there. We have a nice Weber charcoal grill in the sun room. So if you like grilling out like we do, stock the fridge for the week and enjoy! Not that you would ever want to leave your condo, but right across the street there is an outdoor mall with a grocery store, theatres, and more. Many restaurants and even a WalMart are less than five minutes away. Busy Cocoa Beach is just 15 minutes north. For a huge list of things to do, just email us. All the makings of a wonderful vacation await you.
