You can include this in your payment to us to prepay this or you can pay at the Resort directly for the tax/resort fee. RENTAL Rates INCLUDE paper products, soap, shampoo, trash liners, dish liquid., firewood, wireless internet, Housekeeping upon departure and laundry / linen service fee upon arrival is also INCLUDED in my rental rate.
This is a four-season resort. The Penthouse is perfect for a honeymoon couple or a couple with an infant or toddler. 2 BR luxury sleeps 2-8 which is perfect for a family,two couples or 2 small families.
The 1BR condo sleeps up to 5 -- with the aid of a twin loveseat,queen sofabed and has full kitchen, washer/dryer
All units have a phone line, separate heat and air-conditioning controls.and wireless internet. Rent both levels for two families - PAY PAL 's secure website accepted for checks and credit cards. Personal Checks accepted 30 or more days prior to check-in. Cancellation policy is 60 days prior to check -in. 50% Deposit to reserve unit, balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Paypal fee is 3% of total amount charged on their system. This will be added to your rental amount. Example: $1500.00 rental plus $45.00 (3%) fee for paypal = 1545.00.00
