Two night minimum, November - March. Fantastic savings of 25% off the normal weekly rates if renting from November through March [holidays excluded]!!! The weekly rental rate during high season is $4370, including all taxes. If the Villa is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night, the rate is $975 per night, including tax, during high season. Just email to check availability - 30 days prior to your arrival. Off season presents an excellent value, as the villa is $600 per night weekdays and $800/night on the weekends, and $3770 per week, including tax. Rentals are Sunday to Sunday, during high season, apr 1-nov 1.

Downstairs, opening up to the swimming pool on the bottom floor, is a bedroom with a queen and adjoining full bathroom. There is an italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the den on the main floor with the large screen TV. There is a half bath near the den on the main floor. On the bottom floor, there is another queen sleeper sofa in the sitting room Additionally, there is a full sleeper sofa in the wine cellar! The Villa comfortably sleeps 12. Bed breakdown: Master has a king bed. Two upstairs bedrooms (one is a loft bedroom) have queens each, with a full bath in between. Elegant Villa Nestled Next to Cline Vineyards: The master bedroom has a sun room, a shower detailed with glass block, an antique, king-size poster bed, and a private deck. Two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen-size bed, and share a full bath. There is a large, attached, upper-level deck and lounge chairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a spacious loft. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, additional kitchen, a spacious game/entertainment room with a queen-size sofa sleeper, a full bath, and a separate washer and dryer. Wine cellar has an additional full sleeper sofa. There is an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the separate den on main floor. The outside verandas feature patio dining furniture; the inside dining room table accommodates ten, with the breakfast bar area in the attached kitchen seating an additional two people. There is a gas propane grill and a smoker available for barbecuing.The entire home is air-conditioned and features two heaters, two washers and dryers, and two kitchens.
Black Sterling Friesians: There are three televisions, one of which is a big-screen TV, two TV's are on a satellite system with numerous channels. There are three VCR's, three DVD players, and a video library. The stereo system has Bose speakers in the great room and kitchen and the outside decks. The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the villas' arched windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and an adjoining arena and pastures. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the villa's owner, and is not open to the public. Dressage lessons on our Friesians are available to guests. All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens, as well as a convection microwave and dishwasher, are included.
3 Million Dollar luxury Home: The villa has Wireless Broadband access in most rooms --best signal in the great room, kitchen, and on the deck. Come to the Black Sterling Villa for a one of a kind, incredible, wine country getaway! You'll love the unique quiet setting with views that never end and the fabulously furnished, exquisite, luxury home. While we are not licensed for weddings or receptions, we do welcome wedding parties to stay at our villa while attending weddings in the Wine Country. For weddings or receptions or barbecues with 15-35 people, the villa is available, for an additional event fee. Activities on-site or nearby include hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, water-skiing, boating, and surfing. This is a great place to stay, and go wine tasting, shopping in Sonoma, and visit the spas in Napa or Yountville. Grocery stores are just 7 miles away. ONLY 40 minutes to San Francisco!!
Golf: There are 6 golf courses within 15 miles of the villa, and golf courses abound in Napa County, just 12 miles away!
Other Activities: Riding lessons available on our Friesian horses on the property!
