A security deposit is not required, but the person renting the condo is responsible for damage done to the condo. The person renting the condo, and one or more guests, must be at least 21 years old. A non-refundable deposit is required ($100.00) when booking. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled more than 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. If less than 1 month, 50% of the rental will be forfeited. Add 5.775% Tax and a $100.00 Cleaning Fee for 2-3 nights, $115.00 for 4 or more nights when you leave. You may pay by check. Please see our rates above.
