Fall .... Labor Day up to Thanksgiving .. $120/night.
Discounts if stay is longer than one week 2night minimum
10% Tax will be added to your stay along with a $70/2 $100/4 Cleaning fee
A Refundable $300 Security Deposit is added & will be returned
if left appropriately.
