- In order for our Combie Lake House to provide accommodations for larger groups, beds will need to be shared as well as trundles and couches utilized in living room. Besides the four bedrooms that can sleep nine if beds are shared, there are also two queen sofa sleepers in the living room as well as another sofa sleeper in the master bedroom. Because of the size of the cottage, it is recommended that larger groups only use the 1800 sq foot home during summer months when there is no threat of rain and people can be outside for most of the day.

So much charm in a region known for its beauty!: The Combie Lake House, although tucked away in the beautiful Bear River Wilderness Area, is not isolated and requires only a five minute drive to reach the Lake of the Pines Shopping Center which features restaurants, markets, specialty shops, and med clinic. There is even a nearby Starbucks! Also, only moments away, is the well regarded Dark Horse Golf Course. There is so much to enjoy while staying on Lake Combie and the fully self contained and charming home offers a wonderful sense of ambiance and tranquility during any season.
