The villa is a private, oceanside home, behind the high-rise building (see top left photo). The villa features a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room, lanai, two well-appointed bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The garage is attached. Amenities include high speed internet connection, 3 TV's, DVD, CD-stereo, phones, fax, and answering machine. Living Room TV is 42' LCD with HD service Enjoy the privacy of our end unit on a side street. There's a swimming pool only a few steps away down the street, and another swimming pool overlooking the beach. Shopping and dining are just a short walk or drive away.
