Outdoor Amenities: This house includes a huge wrap around deck, equipped with a Weber gas BBQ grill, and ample furnishings to facilitate your outdoor dining, entertaining, or relaxation. It is gated and child safe, and accessed from the Great Room by two sets of French Doors. There is also a Boston Acoustics sound system with outdoor speakers to add that extra touch if you like.
Additional Indoor Aminities: There is a washer/dryer on premises if you need it, and a portable shower for the kiddies to wash off the beach sand after a day at the surf. Each bedroom is equipped with its own personal cable TV for those times when a little privacy is appreciated. All bedrooms have full closets and drawer storage for clothes, so you don't have to 'live out of a suitcase'.
