Pineapple House welcomes you.: Called the 'Pineapple House' because of its hand-crafted yellow pineapple fence and lushly landscaped 70 foot by 110 foot, canal-front lot this 2000 square foot oasis is the perfect retreat for discerning vacationers looking for a different, first class tropical experience. Feed the Local wild parrots and other birds and fish from your private back yard dock or just doze off or read your favorite book in the hammock or 2 skychairs hanging from the shade trees. Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the best of chefs. High-speed internet access,TV's for relaxing. Free long distance phone service for US and Canada. Outside gas fireplace for night time fireside chats or sit by the antique woodburning fireplace in the large comfy family room or entertain at one of three bars or in the separate living room. Master bath upstairs with bedroom isolated from the rest of the house.

Our town offers fine dining, biking, boating, swimming,fishing, John's Pass (over 3 million visitors per year) We have 3 grocery stores within a 3 mile radius and it's a short drive to all Florida attractions. Our town permits riding bikes and alcoholic beverages on our beach, which has never needed re-nourishment because of our 'groin' system which keeps our sparkling white sand from eroding. Most people think of St Pete Beach when they think of gulf Beaches but Madeira is the beach where people return to once they find us. Jim & Kay P.S.
