Payment: Full payment and signed lease agreement are required in order to hold your reservation. Payment can be made by personal check or credit card. Credit card payments are made through PayPal and tenant incurs all PayPal fees; please email for further information. For stays of less than 30 days, 7% Lodgers Tax will be applied to rent; New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax of 8.0625% will be applied to rent for stays of 30 days or more. Short and long term stays are available. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive days. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.
