For stays of less than 30 days, 7% Lodgers Tax will be applied to rent; New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax of 8.0625% will be applied to rent for stays of 30 days or more. Short and long term stays are available. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive days. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.
Personal Retreat: Studio East is perfectly suited as a private and peaceful retreat space for creative inspiration, meditation and self-renewal. Resources for yoga, pilates, body work, hot springs, alternative practitioners and healthy food options is provided to make your visit more enjoyable.

We use and provide only non-toxic, ‘green’ cleaning product, toiletries and recycled paper products; we also recycle and offer (optional) composting for extended stays.
