A security deposit will always be required upon arrival, and this amount will vary according to the length of your stay. The deposit is payable in cash. After you have received a response to your request for availability, a 50% down payment is needed to secure the booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification, and we accept payments through Paypal.com. You will then receive a confirmation voucher from Paypal with the details of your stay. The balance of the stay must be paid in cash when you check-in.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF STAY
If you cancel before your arrival, the down payment will not be refunded. However, if 30 days notice is given, 50% of the booking payment will be refunded. In addition, if the stay is shortened, this will not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent already paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.
