Landscaped with lawns and flower beds, nested among giant oaks and cherry trees. Just off the bike path - 1.5 miles to beautiful South Beach, and 1.5 miles to the center of historic Edgartown. Quiet cul-de-sac on private paved road. Cathedral-ceilinged living room with sky lights and ceiling fan. Huge master bedroom with attached bath. Fully equipped kitchen includes dish washer, microwave, washer and dryer. Lots of deck space with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Big screen porch for lounging and dining. Outdoor enclosed shower, cable, VCR-DVD, stereo. Cozy and comfortable. Geraniums in the window boxes and a gas stove in the living room provide warmth and cheer. Ferry tickets available for some weeks.
