Rate information for this Kilauea cottage rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please add $15/night for each extra person over two people. Children under 12 months stay for free.
- Tax and cleaning fees are in addition to the rental basis
Deposits of 50% of the total, are taken at three months or less from your check-in date.
Balance is due by 60 Days prior to check-in date.
Check-in Time: anytime after 3:00pm. Check-out Time: anytime before 11:00am.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (handling fees apply) - TERMS and CONDITIONS:
A deposit minimum of 50% of the total is due at three months prior to check-in date, OR no later than seven days after booking the reservation, if booked within three months of check-in date. Remaining balance is due by sixty days prior to check-in date. If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in date, entire amount is due no later than seven days after booking. Payment is by personal check, cashiers check, money order, PayPal, or bank to bank wire transfer (US Funds only) Payments made by credit card (Visa, MC & Discovery) carry a 5% handling fee.
Cancellation and other policy info is given in the Reservation Agreement and sent to you on booking.
