- If anything, these rates are undervalued in contrast to the quality and location of this property. When you consider the close proximity to Sundance, the mountain creek right outside the door, the hot tub ( one of the few private rentals offering a spa) and the overall quality of the property, decor, furnishings, etc. This is the best value on the mountain.
We have another cabin rental nearby (HomeAway 248661) in case you have a larger group. - These rates are less than1/2 the cost of a mountain home through the Sundance Resort. And for a couple using just one bedroom, they are even less than the one bedroom studios at the resort. This is a beautiful place and a great value - and impeccable service at no additional charge. We also have sleds, snowshoes, cross country skis, etc. available at no additional charge.
Here's the deal - if you try it, and LOVE it, you'll be back. So for now, we're offering lower rates to build return clientel - and long lasting relationships. It's that simple.
