Perfect Fall Get-away!: This is a perfect place for a fall get-away. The weather is fantastic!! Enjoy the serenity of our private location, but wonderful restaurants, plentiful shopping, movies, golf, etc. are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive away. If you want to check out Austin, we are only about 30 minutes from downtown Austin and the legendary 6th Street.
The cabin is warm, cozy and private and comfortable and has all the amenities that you would need. You'll feel like you're 'away from it all', and yet you are so close to the many attractions of Austin. The cabin is located only 15 minutes away from Prime shopping like the brand new Hill Country Galleria Mall, and is close to many restaurants like the Oasis, Iguana Grill, Rocco's, and many others. It is also close to Lakeway for those guests who want to play golf. This is the perfect getaway for a weekend or longer. Come relax and feel the stress melt away! NOTICE: Due to the drought and the fact that the lake level is rapidly dropping, it would not be advisable to use our dock for your boat, at this time. There are several marinas located close by where you can launch a boat. Pray for rain!!! Fall is actually one of the very best times of the year to visit this area. We have just installed a new central AC/heating system to add to the comfort of our guests.
