Poolside Guest Bedroom with Queen-size bed also boasts glass patio doors w/direct access to the pool allowing a beautiful view of the gardens and water which makes this a lovely location for any guest! Although not attached, the main bathroom is located right next to this bedroom making it easily accessible to both the bedroom and pool. A second door in the main bath opens directly to the pool area. Notes: A new wagon is available for your use along with beach towels, chairs, and inflatable beach toys. The cooler is on wheels for easy handling. Newly tiled LaundryRoom with Washer & Dryer located off the kitchen. Separate door to access garage. Laundry tub. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a new queen-size sofa-bed located in the Entertainment room which will allow sleeping for a total of 8 persons. There is a collection of DVD's for your use. - A little something for every age bracket. Also, a small novel/book collection is provided. If you don't finish the book, you may take it with you and leave one of yours in its place. Currently, there is no high chair for younger children/babies. We're sorry for this inconvenience. New Berber carpet was added to the 2 guest bedrooms providing a warm updated look as well as new light fixtures throughout to give a fresh new home feel to this warm inviting house.

Pool w/ Southern exposure means sun all day! : The southern exposure on this cage enclosed pool means your swimming, tanning and water-fun will last ALL DAY! Perfectly located in the backyard for privacy, southern exposure on the pool makes this the ideal spot for your family and friends to enjoy a warm, sunny pool party any time of the day. The new electric heater on this pool will keep the water a nice warm temperature any time of the year. Inflatable pool toys/loungers provided. A lovely new patio set w/glass top table and matching chairs -seating for 4 is great for entertaining. There are an additional 4 stacking plastic chairs for added guests. A convenient 'pass-thru' window at the kitchen, allows for easy entertaining. A beautiful granite counter top outside makes a great serving/bar counter. A view of the tropical landscaping outside of the lanai is a pleasing backdrop for your poolside enjoyment.
