The Master Bedroom Suite has a jacuzzi bath with dual vanities, roman style shower and toilet with pocket door, an oversized walk-in closet with window, Panoramic vista's of the mesa on the North side and the Manzano mountains on the South side. The Reading Room could be used as a BDR but it has no bed. Sleeping Bag or air mattress would work well for this potential 3rd BDR. Floor Radiant Heat And Air Conditioning Available; However, Temperate Climate, Screened Oversized Windows And Lush Use Of Fans Is More Than Adequate In The Summer...

Night skies are filled with stars, shooting stars and the Milky Way is visible nightly. Trails abound and the local rancher - Mike Padilla offers a selection of horses available for horse-back riding through trails up to and through the mountains. Available for different levels of rider.

Eco Friendly Home: This home is truly eco-friendly or 'Green.' With plug-in ready solar, water collection system going into underground cisterns, passive solar design with 2' x 2' x 2' thick sandstone slabs and radiant floor heating, walking barefoot with a beautiful ambient temperature is a necessity to get the full benefit. Over-sized windows are all double insulate, low-e; landscaping is designed to take advantage of the local environment and homescape to ensure minimal erosion, lush growth and water collection to include the dry river-bed running in front of the home with trellis grapevines and local fauna and flora.
