Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Extra nights are prorated. We always give you the lower rate depending on the length of your stay.

Weekly: $800/week
Monthly: $2200/month - Deposits: A 50% deposit ($500.00 max) is needed to hold the rental
for you with the balance is due upon arrival. The deposit is fully
refundable until 72 hours before your arrival. A refundable security
deposit of $500.00 is required for stays one month or longer.
