Practically brand new house comes furnished with 2 queen beds, 1 king bed in master,sleeper sofa. Kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans dishes, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishwasher, icemaker, electric glass top stove - Screen porch area has outdoor furniture.

The property located -travel to the north end of Manteo NC and cross the Manns Harbor bridge and while crossing the bridge if you look across the sound right and on the point of land you will see this house. So proceed across the bridge and take your first right on Mashoes Road and travel 6.4 miles to the end of this paved road and this home is on the right side at end of culdesac. Tan house up on pilings. We have a driveway and there is also a road beside the house that leads to the boat ramp and if you are like me, I pull right up to the stairs on this road to ease carrying in all the baggage. Please pull in not to block the road. Fishermen will pass by setting there nets and crab pots. Make yourself right at home!

We ask that anyone that smokes to PLEASE do so on the screen porch. This home is very well taken care of and everyone this past Summer has treated it like their own so please slip your shoes off when you walk in the door and if you must smoke please do so outside. We want to preserve this as your vacation spot for years to come.
Please lets discuss your doggie vacationing with you, I have not charged a pet deposit fee yet. Seems like most people that travel with their dogs are very particular as if one of the family. Please let me know the age and a little about your dog and I'm sure we can accommodate you all. Please 2 is the limit. $50.00 deposit may apply.
I make every effort for this to be the most enjoyable vacation ever so please come and relax. Honeymooners, family vacationers, adventurers, Beach seekers, Boaters, Historians, Artists, Spa nearby, just need to get away please come and visit. You will want to return!
