There are 3 canoes for your use at the house. The backyard has a 20 ft. by 40 ft. heated salt water swimming pool and a hot tub which is completely private with 10 ft. cedars all around. Award winning wineries such as Quails Gate and Mission hill are within walking distance. Quails gate is a 5 min. walk and has exquisite dining. Other wineries close by are Little Straw and Mt. Boucherie. There is also several golf courses within 5-10 min drive. Two Eagles golf course is a 5 min. drive away and the course over looks Lake Okanagan.
This is a terrific home for a family gathering or reunion, or for vacationing with a group of friends. Lots of room for everyone in this 3500 Square foot house. This is a great home to have a great vacation with the pool, hot tub, private beach, view of the lake, kayaks, Foosball table…. Everything that makes a holiday great is easily accessible.
Nearby Attractions: • Close to world famous wineries such as Mission Hill Family Estate and Quails Gate Estate Wineries • Hiking through wine fields, up Mount Boucherie and along lakeshore park • Minutes from the excitement of downtown Kelowna on a quiet dead-end street • Private beach nearby with sandy beach, boat launch, swimming platform and fire pit • Canoes for use to explore the lakeshore • 20 minutes to skiing at Crystal Mountain • 5 minutes to golf at Vintage Hills or Shannon Lake Public Golf Clubs • Exquisite dining a 5 minute walk to Quails Gate • Grocery shopping, great restaurants are all 3-5 minutes
