Our Condominium:: Is a 2B floor plan on the 10th floor of the Diamante building (building closest to water) with both bedrooms and the living room facing the sea. Has Golf membership, which permits advance reservation of tee time & discounted rates. Beautifully decorated in shabby chic décor. Reverse osmosis water purifying system in kitchen and purified water throughout the resort (you can drink from the tap!). Wall mounted hairdryers in bathrooms. Full sized washer, dryer and sink in laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with all expected cook’s tools and appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. Ceiling fans in all rooms and on patio. Phone in kitchen and master. Three thermostats for your comfort. Large patio furnished with table/chairs and two lounge chairs. Collection of games, books and DVD’s. Television in living room and each bedroom. Check-in time is 4:00 PM & checkout is 11:00 AM. No Pets allowed & Non-Smoking condo.
Please Note: Renters Beware: Make Certain That You Either Rent Directly From The Resort Or From An Owner Who Is A Participant In The Rental Pool With A Condo Approved For Rental By The Resort. If You Rent From An Owner As A 'Guest Of Owner' The Resort Does Not Consider You As A 'Paying Guest' Of The Resort. As Such, You Will Not Receive All The Resort Services Such As Maid Service, Use Of The Kid's Club, Concierge Service, Room Service, Or The Ability To Set Up An Account And Charge At The Resort Bars And Restaurants. You Will Not Be Authorized To Receive 24/7 Front Desk Assistance If You Have A Problem With The Appliances, Internet, Telephone, Air Conditioning Or Experience A Problem With Your Door Key. If Any Problem Occurs In The Suite That Requires You To Move, The Resort Will Not Move You Unless You Pay For Another Unit & One Is Available.
