This hideaway opens to the lake through 30 foot high panoramic windows with breathtaking views, an expansive great room, a large wood burning stove with large fire viewing window surrounded by relaxed furnishings , a gourmet-equipped kitchen, awesome loft with spectacular view, open deck with hot tub, barbecue grill on sun protected deck. There are three bedrooms with a king in the master and queen beds in the other two rooms. The loft has a full size sleep couch and a twin sleeper couch. You have your own private slip on the crystal clear lake water with adjacent picnic areas and beach. 20 ft pontoon can be included

For those of you concerned with the environment, the Nantahala Harbor Hideaway is built of light gauge steel from recycled steel instead of acres of trees. The non wood construction offers a class 1 fire rating normally realized only in hotels. Our Hideaway is highly energy efficient insulated with the water based Icynene foam and equipped with an energy recovering air exchange system. We have tried to create all the quaintness of a mountain home using the best building technologies available.
