Close to Mayo North and about 20 minutes to the Mayo Scottsdale. About 10 minutes to the Westin Spa & Resort. Don't miss the Westins Resort Bagpiper who performs virtually every evening n a truly beautiful setting. Sit around the firepit and relax as he plays the soothing music of the Bag Pipes. Very memorable. Kierland Center, The new City Center (partial opening November 2008), FBR Open Car shows, etc... This home may be just what you’re looking for! We are perfectly happy catering to short term or those wishing to enjoy the Valley of the Sun for a more extended stay.

Access to the Reach II recreation area with Equestrian center, hiking trails and many other activities. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age for renters is 25, however, we know that all young adults are not party animals and lead responsible lives. From our Tatum Village location: you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area for walking cycling Equestrian shows, bird watching etc. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge, the new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction with partial openings in late 2008.

Short term or long term: we want to make your stay special! Because we are active local owners, just let us know what you like! Having always worked in service industries, we are well aware that your referral is very important to us. There are many choices of resorts, hotels, and other condos at which to stay, but we hope to make your experience with us memorable. And if anything is needed we are only minutes away.
