- We have set up our condo for families. The first two bedrooms have king size beds in them with a twin mattress under each one that can be pulled out and used. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk, with another twin mattress stored below the bed that can be pulled out and used. The couch can also become a comfortable bed when you remove the back cushions. My parents love to bring their inflatable mattress and 'camp-out' on the balcony! There is a DVD player and t.v. in each of the bedrooms and the living room.
