- There are four available bedrooms (one on the main, three on the second, including the master bedroom) out of the six bedrooms total. The 5th bedroom is used as a gym and the 6th is vacant, however, could easily be set up with a bed if needed. There is an over abundance of extra floor space that could be set up for additional temporary sleep area. Although the property is described as sleeping 12, in reality, it could sleep more than that number.
