Kitchen has mahogany stained cabinets, granite counter tops and granite sink, a cook top, all new black appliances, and a pottery collection. A kitchen that is a pleasure to be in. There are cobalt blue pendant lights hanging over the granite counter. Dining room table can seat 8. Has a beautiful stained glass chandelier. We have a large utility room inside our condo with a new washer/dryer

Moontide : is in the non-driving area of the beach. It has a large heated pool, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts. We have ground floor enclosed and secured parking -no elevators necessary- just walk right to our unit.
