On the main floor are located 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dress room, an elegant and spacious living room , a large family TV area equipped with a 45’flat screen TV, a fully furnished dining room perfect for dinner and party entertainment, a large fully equipped European kitchen perfect for multiple cooks , a guest bathroom , and a studio with private bathroom .
On the second level are located the Master suite complete with en-suite full equipped bathroom with large Jacuzzi and big shower together with other 2 large bedrooms with full equipped en-suite bathrooms. The villa also features a pool with a sun deck area located in a beautiful tropical landscape; the beautiful backyard area is ideal for the outdoor lovers. The landscaping is lush and very tropical and it offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing and outdoor dining.
