The condominium has the best location of any building in Condado for the culturally inclined. Located just 1 mile from the $400 million Convention Center Complex in San Juan, 1 block from Hotel Marriot Condado, 5 minutes away from Old San Juan, (no need to get on the highway to get to El Morro Fortress), and 2 blocks from the new world class La Concha Hotel.
Welcome to Puerto Rico, where the locals are friendly, the beaches are beautiful and the nightlife is hot. San Juan is very gay friendly, with bars, clubs and restaurants scattered throughout. Condado, the tourist district, and Santurce are the more concentrated gay neighborhoods. Of course, there are plenty of upscale resorts to stay in, but there are many inexpensive gay guesthouses that offer simple accommodations in the heart of San Juan. For the active, Puerto Rico offers amazing outdoor experiences. For those looking for a good time, locals and tourists alike pour from the beach into the clubs in the evenings for a long night of dancing that usually includes salsa music. The food that San Juan's restaurants have to offer is incredible.
