Our condo can be rented as a studio (1 bath), 1 bedroom (1 bath), or 2 bedroom (2 bath). There is a full kitchen in the 1 and 2 bedroom with everything you need to prepare meals if you wish. The dining area extends into the spacious living room. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a private balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. The studio has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and private balcony. There is cable television in the living room and both bedrooms. The 2 bedroom condo sleeps a total of 10, with 2 double beds in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Condo is in a large resort with a restaurant, pool-side bar (summer months only), and convenience store/gift shop. California Pizza Kitchen is also located in the resort lobby with drinks and ice cream. There is an outdoor pool, lazy river, and waterpark. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center and spa located in the hotel next door (fitness center is free of charge). The resort is right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for a fee. The Sands Kids Club runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day with activities and evening childcare for kids.
