The Penthouse has a lock off option, which can divide the Penthouse into two units: Each has its own entry and kitchen. one unit has two bedrooms (one w/ king size bed, the other w/ two twin size beds), oceanview balcony. The other unit has mastersuite (king size bed), living room (queen sleeping sofa), one more full bath, two oceanview balconies and the private 2100sqf roof top terrace. The lock-off option enable us to accommodate smaller group(2-4) at lower rate during the summer season. Please call for availability. - The Penthouse is brand new in 2008. It has three full modern bathrooms with top end bath accessories (croscill designed luxury Atlantis accessories) and first quality bath towels. All bathrooms has marble floor tiles and marble counter tops. The Jacuzzi tub and the bathrooms will be throughly cleaned and sanitized before guests arrive. All beach towels and bath towels will be washed and sanitized. The masterbath has a Jacuzzi whirl pool bath tub and separate shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, bath towels and beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas to all our guests. The large Jacuzzi Tub on the roof top terrace gives our guests a chance to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and relax in the ocean breeze. So please COME and JOIN us in Aruba!! Please do not forget tp pack your own sunscreen and sunglasses. Trust me, you will need them in sunny and beautiful Aruba!!!

- We have on site property manager who worked in the US for many years. He will provide first class servce to all our guests. We can arrange grocery shopping, professional chef, babysitting etc. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds. A third bedroom has 2 full size double beds. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeping sofa. Additional 2 roll-away beds with pillows/linen are available and can be comfortably used in this premium penthouse. Bedroom furniture is lavish tropical style. Each bedroom has one 40 inch LCD TV free cable service. Walk-in closet in master suite. Two of the bedrooms has access to the balconies with beautiful oceanview through sliding doors. The floor plan split the bedrooms into two parts to provide maximum privacy. All mattresses are firm and high quality sealy mattresses shipped from the US. All beddings are comfortable with high thread count. Dual alarm clocks in each bedroom. Three 40 inch LCD TV (with cable satellite) in each bedroom.

Reservation and Payments: You may call the owner Cindy 312-909-2333. 1. Check rates and availability through website, and then send e-mail with reservation request and you contact phone number. We respond to your email inquiry within 1 hour (between 7:00am-11:00pm). 2. If the requested dates are available, we will call you to confirm the payment method and then send you a email with request for 30% of rent as deposit. We accept personal check or visa/master card for payment. For security reason, do not send payment until we call you in person. 3. Rental agreement will be sent to you after we receive the deposit. The rental agreement must be signed and fax back to us within 5 business days. 4. 70% of the rent is due 30 days before arrival date. After we receive the payment, we will send you details about check-in and check-out, local manager's contact information etc. 5. Full amount has to be paid at the time of reservation if arrival date is within 30 day.
Cancellation Policy: You may call the owner for more details or check website for more pictures and detail information. Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to your arrival will be handled as follows: (1) A 20% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations earlier than 60 days before arrival date. (2) A 30% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival date. (3) A 100% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 30 days from arrival date. Reservation made within 60 days of arrival does not exempt from the refund policy. Full amount has to be paid at the time of reservation if arrival date is within 30 days.
First Class Guest Service: We make all efforts to provide you with first class service. We will respond to your email inquiry within one hour between 7:00am-11:00pm everyday. The owner will be accesible to you when you are in Aruba. Most important, we have an on site property manager to take care of all our guests need. We can arrange the following service for you before you arrive: 1. Daily maid service 2. pre arrival grocery shopping 3. professional chef service 4.babysitting service 5. rental car reservation. Our local property manager will greet you at the check-in and answer all your questions about Aruba and the Penthouse. He worked and studied in the US for many years. He is a local expert with understanding of first class guest service. He will meet with you when you check-out to make sure you have a enjoyable vacation.
