The spacious grounds include in the front yard: a stream with pond, paver driveway, quartzite walkway with bridge, custom iron security gate and stack stone facade.
The backyard includes: a 50 foot infinity edge saline pool with a 35 foot quartzite beach entry and raised spa with waterfall, a large custom built-in stone BBQ island and table that includes a stainless steel built-in refrigerator, and a raised stone fire pit. There is a private, gated courtyard with two fountains and a wet bar made of quartzite.
