Mediterranea is not your common, boring, rectangular high-rise. Mediterranea has what the others do not - resort feel without the crowd.
My beautifully furnished unit comes with WiFi when staying in and the free use of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella when at the beach. Chairs/umbrella are set up daily by a professional operator who can provide additional setups for a nominal fee.
Mediterranea is all the rave, having nearly seven acres of beautifully manicured and spacious grounds; huge pool and pool deck; 500 feet of gated, private beach; private tennis court; onsite fitness center with quality equipment; and a look and feel that is uniquely Mediterranea.
Consider these facts: Completed in 2003 and built using concrete and steel construction. Only four living floors. Of the 55 units, only 19 are rental. Two (2) below ground, assigned parking spaces. Each bedroom has private walkout balcony.
