A newer custom-built home on a non-through street and a short stroll to a beautiful sandy beach. With panoramic views of the mountains and a slice of the ocean, this two-story custom-built home is very close to the Carpinteria estuary and is one of the finest Cape Cod style homes in this beach neighborhood. Very light and bright inside with 10' ceilings downstairs and 15' cathedral ceilings upstairs. A centrally located staircase with a 30' vaulted ceiling leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, full bath and a very large circular window looking out over the tree tops of the town and the surrounding mountains. The downstairs great room has recessed lighting, hardwood pergo floors, a dining room area with travertine granite countertops leading into the kitchen. A 1/2 bath is accessible through the kitchen and glass sliding doors lead to the patio deck through the dining area overlooking a small grass yard.
