The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is where you can find board games, a playpen, high chair, card table and chairs and other items that families sometimes need. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom suite with a vaulted ceiling that includes a TV/DVD/VCR, a queen bed, a queen sleep sofa and a full bath. Downstairs you will find a family room with a TV/DVD, a pinball machine, a Foosball table, and two sofas (one is a queen sleep sofa). The toy box is stocked with toys for little ones. There is a large bathroom, plus a laundry area with super capacity washer and dryer on this level. The last bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed and bunk beds (and an air hockey table). The house has Cable TV with HBO/Cinemax, and wireless, broadband Internet access. There are large decks with plenty of seating and an extra large hot tub that will seat 8-10. Perfect for 2-3 small families to share (each can take a level), or large families, groups or reunions.
Plenty of space to spend time together, and private areas where you can get some alone time! The lot is semi-private, has a horseshoe pit, and is surrounded by wooded areas. Northpoint has direct access to trails in the National Forest. Pet friendly. 3BR, 3BA, sleeps 14 (3 queens, 1 bunk, 3 sleep sofas). Non-smoking. Requires 4-wheel drive in winter. Easy access to Davis and shopping plus all that Canaan Valley has to offer! ($50 pet fee)
