- The house is designed for privacy by being built in an L shape with the pool located in the middle. the master bedroom is on one leg of the L, the guest rooms are on the other leg of the L with the dining room and living room separating all. There is direct access to the pool by each bedroom though the sliding glass doors and a view of the water from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a large, flat screen TV on the wall, both other bedrooms also have TV's.

331 SE 6th Court, Pompano Beach, FL: You will love our beautiful home that we have just converted to a vacation rental. My wife and I lived here for several years, then bought a larger home nearby. This was rented on a long term basis, but now rented as a vacation rental. It took several weeks of living here to convert it, buy all new furniture and furnishings, paintings, linens and even silverware and kitchen utensils. We then decorated, bought new pool furniture and dressed it up just for you. Everything is here, a beautiful pool, a very wide canal with boats going by, golf and shopping just 3 or 4 minutes away, beautiful beaches, 28 miles of them. Pompano Beach is only 11/2 miles away with plenty of parking. There are thousands of restaurants of every kind, from white table cloth to sports bars and pubs. Many ethic restaurants and kosher restaurants. The food in many is excellent and we have a guest book at the house that will give you our ratings of many of the local eateries.
Ocean beauty, beaches and entertainment: Pompano Beach is in the middle of the 28 mile beach strip of Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano and Deerfield Beach. Regardless of whether you drive North or South or 2 minutes straight ahead, you will enjoy the gorgeous beaches of all three cities. What more can you ask for than to be centrally located between these world famous beaches, each with their own personality and tourist attractions and atmosphere. Just drive down A!A alongside the beach, see the yachts go by, visit the marinas, take a look at the multi-million dollar homes with 4 and 5 million dollar yachts parked in front of them. This is the yachting capitol of the world where you will find the largest and most beautiful yachts ever made, the playground of the rich and famous, a club that I definitely am not a member of. Sit on the beach and see these yachts go by, go to Hillsboro Inlet beach and see these yachts shoot in through the waves. Do you like shelling? The beach at Hillsboro is where to go!
