This mini-mansion features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two wet bars, three fire places, balconies overlooking water and boat dock. The house also features two balconies on the front of the house providing a view of the quaint neighborhood. The master bedroom features two full bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the water, a bidet, and large picture windows; a king size bed, and large sitting area, also overlooking the harbor!
Enjoy the downstairs, where there is a wet bar, a great room capable of being a dance floor, and huge picture windows overlooking the harbor. The downstairs also features a flat-screen television, pool table, and formal dining area. Additionally, the house also has available a 60 - foot dock that can be rented.
