Ground floor corner condo with southern exposure and outdoor screen in a relaxed and easy going atmosphere. Private parking place. Just 3.5 miles from downtown beaches and the Olde Naples shopping district, and minutes from US 41 for great restaurants and more shopping. The resort-like community pool is steps away and has a clubhouse with many activities, and plenty of comfortable sunny and covered areas to hang out. Six tennis courts, boccie ball, and shuffle board are next to the pool. 5 minutes walking distance to groceries, bank, restaurants and other services. Many golf courses are only minutes away.

You will see million dollar homes lining the shored and expensive cars driving along the streets. The beaches are pristine and beautiful. If you like to collect sea shells, here's the place to go. If you have time, make sure you get to go on a tour of Olde Naples and see some of the beautiful homes there. Window shopping at the wonderful stores and boutiques is definitely a pastime here. The Naples Pier provides a good place for fishing and there are many golf courses in the area. And don't forget Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Islands and the Everglades.
