The condo is located on the grounds of the Tamarindo Diria Resort, which is located on the beach front in the center of Tamarindo. The condo has the best beach front access of any condo in Tamarindo. It is a short walk through the grounds of the resort to the private beach front access to the best part of Tamarindo's famed beach. There are restaurants and shops on the grounds of the Diria Resort, which is also located in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district of Tamarindo.

- The master bedroom has a 'Juliet balcony' overlooking the resort grounds, pool, beach and ocean, and also has a door directly out to the balcony with a splendid view of the ocean from Tamarindo beach all the way out Playa Grande to Cabo Velas and the Pacific Ocean. Both views are visible from the bed. There are two large closets with plenty of space and a hotel-style combination safe. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together if preferred.

There is both a local Costa Rica phone and a USA phone that allows free calls to and from the USA and Canada. Friends and family may call a number in area code 602 in the USA and the phone rings in our condo in Tamarindo, without international charges. Wireless Internet.
All of the furnishings and amenities are first class. Flat screen cable TVs with international channels in living room and second bedroom. The condo was completed in August 2008 and is being furnished and decorated to be ready for occupancy in November 2008. We are using the same decorators who furnished our other condo in the area, which is in nearby Playa Langosta. It is Property number 168721, and the furnishings of this condo will be comparable to the furnishings that you can see in the photos for that condo. We will be posting updated photos after the furnishing of the unit is complete.
