- The Master Bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a king sized bed with quality bed linens and a huge walk in wardrobe. There is a remote controlled tv, telephone and radio alarm clock. A ceiling fan is fitted for your comfort and relaxation. The en suite bathroom has a large oval bath, twin mirrored vanity washbasins, a large walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a door that leads out onto the pool area. The Second Master Bedroom also furnished to a high standard with a queen sized bed, quality bed linens and a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage. There is a cable TV and radio alarm clock. There are also bedside drawers for extra storage along with a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a mirrored vanity washbasin and toilet. The other 2 Bedrooms have twin beds cable TVs and radio alarm clocks. Both the bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and again both have bedside drawers, ceiling fans.

Family Room and Living room: Both rooms are very spacious with high vaulted ceilings. Large cable TV in the living room, with a PS2 for the kids to keep them occupied while the adults relax in the family room. Patio doors in the family room lead out to the covered lanai and enclosed pool area. Both rooms have quality furnishings, with the living room having a queen sized sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests.
Dining Area and Kitchen: The formal dining area is open planned with the living area, and the large dining table sits eight people comfortably. The Kitchen is also open planned in its design and is superb with all the latest appliances which include electric self cleaning range oven, microwave, huge refrigerator with ice maker, built in dishwasher, waste disposal system. All utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. are provided. Should you wish to cook in, quality pots and pans are also provided. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs. 2 barstools next to the breakfast bar also offer seating flexibility. There is a laundry room next to the kitchen with state of the art washer and dryer and storage for the iron & ironing board.
Pool and Spa: This secluded area provides scope for family fun, peaceful relaxation and a pleasant al freaco eating environment. Featuring a 28ft x 14ft heated swimming pool and spa with underwater lighting and a covered lanai for shaded enjoyment of the Floridian outdoors. Upgraded pool furniture, including a large table, chairs and recliners, provides comfort and practicability. The backdrop of Florida woodland sets the seal on the quality of the experience.
