The Lofts at Old Town are the perfect place for your Colorado Vacation any time of year. This brand new 3 bedroom will sleep 6 people in beds. Located in Old Town the lofts offer great close to proximity to Winter Park as well as easy access to the many actives at the base of Winter Park. Once you park in your 2 car garage you can either walk the flight of stairs or take the Elevator to the first floor, You are greeted by the large open and very bright living room complete with Flat screen TV and a Gas Fireplace. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view. Both decks are off this floor one facing the slopes of Winter Park. The Kitchen is equipped with all top end appliances and cherry hardwood through out. Everything is on one floor and with the elevator this unit is completely ADA COMPLIANT. No Advance Booking Required. We do accept credit cards.
