The complex is located on 18 acres and has 350' of sugar white beach on the Gulf of Mexico (beach service for rental loungers available). Amenities include: tennis courts, basketball court, one of the largest swimming pools found in the area with depths ranging from 3 to 8 feet, wading pool, and shuffle board courts. The Clubhouse has a pool table and arcade games. The condos here at Sunnyside are located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. There is an underground tunnel to the beach, so there are no roads to cross! The advantage to this is the privacy you have on the beach with no buildings towering over you. There is also a large gazebo and sitting area for viewing the fantastic sight of the sun setting in the gulf horizon. Located at the more private end of Panama City Beach, Florida.
