Terms and Conditions: Rental fee does not include 13% tax as required by the state and county. We require a $550 refundable security deposit in order to book the dates. We honor first deposit received. There are no hidden charges. We want to keep it as simple as possible for our clients. Our goal is to have you come back to us and refer us to your loved ones. We require full payment 30 days prior to moving in. We are open to any suggestions!!
Business Groups!!: We have accommodations for all business related groups. Ask us for details. Our properties are right next to each other. Convention Groups welcome!! Cheerleaders, Highschool trips, ect. This particular unit sleeps 6 people. The other units sleeps 8. Ask Manager.
