Propane Weber grill on 2nd floor deck; separate deck on ground floor, partly covered and with blue gunite heated pool. Private walkway over the sand dunes to the beach, outdoor shower.
Perfect for entertaining: ample outdoor room with 2 decks, the lower of which wraps around the house, in-wall touchpad state-of-the-art audio system that can play separate sources in every bedroom and common area (sources include radio tuner, iPod docking station, cd player), plasma TV in each bedroom, 50 inch Samsung plasma in living room, that can also play DVD, 700 cable channels and even a live beach camera.
