The second bedroom has two twin antique French walnut beds, also with high quality linen accessories. The spacious third bedroom, with a king-size bed, is perfect for extra guests and has a private bath, TV, and can double as separate recreation area, if desired. The living room and kitchen offer expansive views of the ocean and islands offshore. The living area features comfortable seating, wood floors with oriental rugs, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, DVD/VCR, and CD player. The kitchen features all new state-of-the-art appliances, new cabinets, wood floors, and a sweeping view of the ocean through French doors that lead to an adjacent deck and the cottage garden. The enclosed, peaceful garden offers additional seating areas for picnics and barbecues. The beautiful Summerland Beach and Lookout Park is less than ¼ mile from the cottage. The owners of Paradise Cottage have been members of the Santa Barbara Area Chamber of Commerce for several years.
