The living area features comfortable seating, wood floors with oriental rugs, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, DVD/VCR, and CD player. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, new cabinets, wood floors, and a sweeping view of the ocean through French doors that lead to an adjacent deck and the cottage garden. The enclosed garden offers additional seating areas for picnics and barbecues. Summerland Beach and Lookout Park is less than ¼ mile from the cottage. The owners of Paradise Cottage are fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have been members of the Santa Barbara Area Chamber of Commerce for several years.
