Condo rental in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida - Oct 2009. Very low rates! - Property 204570

Our condo:: There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own TV, and its own access to the balcony (you'll be lulled to sleep by the waves breaking on the beach, it's great). The other bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has a TV. Along with the panoramic views, the living room has lots of seating and the dining room table sits 8. The living room also has TV and a VCR / DVD player (feel free to move it to a bedroom if you want). There is basic cable feed to all the TV's. For extra accommodations, there's a sofa bed in the living room. We constantly maintain the condo to to keep it looking spic and span. Recently we have installed new carpet, drapes, paint, bedding, king-size bed, stove, and lots of new furniture. It has absolutely everything, right down to the fully equipped kitchen. There's a washer and dryer, linens, and towels. It has a crib/playpen.

The local area:: To complete this vacation in heaven, we have an immaculate tennis court on-site, no reservations required. The large pool and hot tub are heated year-round. We also have assigned, covered parking right next to the elevator, great for our less mobile guests. For your convenience, there's a small grocery store right across the street, so you don't even have to drive at all if you don't want to. The Reef Club complex has 55 units, and is located at 1000 Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach. In addition to the onsite tennis, there are literally dozens of golf courses nearby. There's also lots of stuff to do with the kids. It's just a pleasant ten-minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. The local restaurants are also brilliant, both in choice and variety. We also have an excellent theme park and a water park right here in Tampa; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, respectively. Tampa International Airport is 35 minutes away.

Our policies:: We, the Owners (we're a couple of ex-pat Brits, by the way) regard you as our guests. We live in Clearwater Beach so we're close by and have lots of local knowledge you can draw on. Rental year round is by the week (most condos in the area have a monthly minimum). A deposit of 25% is normally required, unless the booking is within 30 days of arrival, in which case 100% is required at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Pets are not allowed, sorry. Hope to see you here soon! Barry and Susan.
