- Fully tiled bathrooms. Large walk in shower in master bath and full size tub; double sinks in bath area. We put a lot of thought and care into the interior design of our house. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout. Our house has been newly decorated with antiques and has all new furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully tiled. The appliances and furnishings are all brand new. This luxuriously furnished, 3-bedroom/2.5-bath, private residence is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. All one-floor living area, and a kitchen with tiled counter tops. There's also a separate eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, and a large TV entertainment center. Outside, in the middle of a subtropical setting, this end unit offers a private deck with rocking chairs umbrella table and a barbecue.

- Large Master Bedroom with King Size Bed. Sliding glass door to private deck overlooking wooded view. The king-size bed has a 'pillow-top' mattress to insure a good nights sleep. A TV/VCR is included in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 'pillow-top' mattresses. This bedroom has a Cable TV. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The Third Bedroom has twin beds and a built in office with a hi-speed Internet connection. The one-story house design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you --to guarantee a quiet evening's rest. This house is a small development inside of Sea Pines Plantation. There are only 200 homes in the sub-tropical setting – Greenwood Forest. The area where our home is located is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a Community Center that includes a pool, tennis court, children’s playground and b-ball court. New this year! We have added a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Sleeps max 8.

Delivery and pick-up is free along with free baskets and locks with all rentals.
Free Tennis / 2 Courts to choose from to play on: Free 1 hour of Tennis per day at one of the Top 3 Tennis Resorts in the US, South Beach Racquet Club, HarTru Courts. Free Use of our Community Activity Center including a hard surfaced tennis court, basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool less that 100 yards from the front door. Want to play close to home! Our Recreation Center is only 1 block away and offers a Hard Surfaced Court for play; just sign up and pick you time for the week on the play sheet displayed on the front gate. You can play all day if there isn't anyone signed up behind you or waiting to play.
Ski: For more details about our list of favorite restaurants, please ask or scroll below to our activities section! We also have a list of 'best' supermarkets and stores to buy food and shop. Bicycling is one of Sea Pines' biggest amenities. Four adult bikes (beach cruisers) come with the rental. The bike paths, 25 miles, are the widest and safest on the Island. There are also 12 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches ideal for bicycling. One difference between staying in Sea Pines and other Plantations or locations is that you benefit from all of the amenities that a full Plantation has to offer, such as a nature conservancy, historic plantation ruins, a lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour Town, and the restaurants and night life of South Beach. Other areas of the Island are very commercial and crowded. Our private and beautiful house is located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. Staying here is like having two vacations at once.
Golf: Golf Discounts, 25% to 79% off regular rates, offered at 24 Golf Courses in Hilton Head through Last Minute Tee Times by mentioning our Villa Rental Program. Sea Marsh and Ocean Courses in Sea Pines offers twilight specials all year long as does most of the other on-island golf courses; this usually results in a 30 to 40% discount. Lastly, for the most one hour of fun you can have on Hilton Head for only $6 go to the Plantation Club and grab a bag of balls. You can practice chipping on their chipping green, pick them up and putt them on the putting green and drive them away on the driving range. Takes about 1 hour and is a great way to practice.

Also, State Record Tuna was just caught 8 miles off of Hilton Head this Winter! The hard white sand is ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddle ball, and 'building castles in the sand.' A safe, gated community, Sea Pines Plantation offers biking, fishing, walking tours on nature paths for wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, wave runners, boating, surfing, and kayaking, walking. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect. Bicycling is one of Sea Pines biggest amenities. 4 bikes come with the rental. There are 25 miles of bike paths in addition to 12 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to explore.
