Escape to Paradise. Our four comfortable, family-style cottages in the beautiful Puna district are perfect for a family that likes to explore. They're close to black sand beaches, an active volcano, great hiking, and spectacular waterfalls.
The fully-equipped cottages are on a four-acre tropical estate, surrounded by graceful palms, assorted fruit trees, and wild orchids. A regulation tennis court, a 40-foot lap pool, and the mini playground may be used by guests.
The nearby village of Pahoa offers unique shopping, and a choice of reasonably priced ethnic restaurants. Your hosts, long-time residents, are happy to share their knowledge of the area.

Mahalo for your interest in our vacation cottages. May we suggest an Escape to Paradise...If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas, we invite you to stay with us for a taste of rural island life.
You will find us on the eastern, and more lush, side of the Big Island of Hawaii, just 20 miles south of Hilo (between Kea'au and Pahoa in Hawaiian Paradise Park). We are centrally located, an excellent base for visiting the world’s most active volcano, lovely botanical gardens, thermal hot pools, black sand beaches, tropical rainforests, spectacular waterfalls and much, much more. It is just minutes to picturesque lava cliffs perfect for whale watching and turtle sightings, to little known hiking trails, or to the historic village of Pahoa with its quaint shops and choice of ethnic restaurants. Our family, long time residents living on site, will be very happy to point you in exciting directions.
